Key Responsibilities:

•    Bank Reconciliation:
Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies between bank statements and company records.
Ensure timely posting of bank transactions.
•    Foreign Exchange (Forex) Analysis:
Monitor and analyze foreign currency transactions.
Support treasury in managing currency exposure and reporting.
Assist in preparing forex gain/loss reports.
•    GRIR (Goods Received/Invoice Received) Reconciliation:
Reconcile GRIR accounts to ensure accurate matching of goods receipts and invoices.
Collaborate with procurement and AP teams to resolve mismatches.
Support audit and compliance requirements.
•    Intercompany Transactions:
Manage and reconcile intercompany accounts across multiple entities.
Ensure timely and accurate posting of intercompany invoices and settlements.
Coordinate with global finance teams to resolve discrepancies.
•    Travel and Expenses (T&E):
Review and process employee expense reports in compliance with company policy.
Monitor T&E trends and support audits and compliance checks.
Liaise with employees and approvers to resolve queries.
•    General Ledger (GL) Accounts and Cost Center (CC) Maintenance:
Maintain and update GL accounts and cost center master data.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Assist in financial reporting and variance analysis.

Must have technical skills

•    Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
•    0–4 years of experience in financial operations or accounting.
•    Proficiency in Excel and SAP.
•    Strong problem-solving and reconciliation skills.
