About this Role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented individual to support first‑level commission operations for the German market. This role will be responsible for handling commission‑related claims, managing contract and Salesforce data, and ensuring high‑quality commission controls. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams in Germany and maintain positive communication with partners and dealers.

What you’ll do

  • Handle first‑level support for commission claims and address complaints related to calculated or paid commissions.
  • Provide clear and professional feedback to dealers and partner agencies.
  • Manage contract creation and maintain accurate commission data, including Salesforce records.
  • Collaborate closely with the second‑level team (FMCC) in Germany and other relevant departments.
  • Perform commission checks and controls to meet quality and SOX compliance requirements.
  • Ensure all issues raised by dealers are resolved promptly or escalated appropriately.

Who you are

  • Excellent German language proficiency, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication and presentation capabilities.
  • A customer‑focused mindset with the ability to handle and resolve issues empathetically.
