Key Accountabilities & Decision Ownership
- Develop fixed network quality indices and performance measurements for VDSL, gated communities and home wireless customers.
- Maintain VF-EG leadership position in fixed market, drive insights and smart care solutions.
- Develop quality indices and performance measurements for VF-EG fixed networks.
- Develop Insights and Data analytics for fixed core nodes [DNS-PCRF-DPI-BNG
- Develop Insights and Data analytics for fixed access network [CPE-MSAN]
- Develop Fixed Network Smart Care use cases in alignment with the customer care frontline empowerment strategy.
- Fixed Network competitive analysis to maintain VF-EG leadership position in fixed market.
Core Competencies, Knowledge, and Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in telecommunication industry mainly fixed domain
- Strong knowledge in fixed networks main elements (Switches, Routers, BNG, Firewall, DPI, DNS, Radius, PCRF)
- Strong knowledge in fixed network CPE parameters, MSAN, VDSL, GPON, ONT, OLT and Home Wireless Technologies
- Good knowledge in Wi-Fi networks design and optimization
- Very good knowledge of IP networks and transport connectivity solutions (XDSL, MW, Fiber, Satellite, etc.)
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Electrical Communication Engineering
- Exceptionally good knowledge of IP Networks with minimum of CCNA or equivalent certification
- Strong Analytical & Reporting Skills
