About this Role
We are seeking a highly skilled individual to support the One AI Factory initiative, which drives Vodafone’s adoption of Generative AI technologies across multiple markets. This role focuses on project coordination, demand planning, and financial oversight to ensure successful delivery of AI-driven solutions. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to manage budgets, prioritise demand, and maintain project governance.
What you’ll do
- Oversee the budgeting process, including preparation, monitoring, and reporting to ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including financial reports, demand forecasts, and status updates.
- Coordinate with local market teams to prioritise and manage demand for GEN AI solutions, ensuring timely delivery of high-priority use cases.
- Assist in scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management to keep projects on track and within budget.
- Facilitate collaboration among stakeholders, including EPIC Leads, Product Owners, and the Factory Lead, ensuring effective communication and teamwork.
Who you are
- Experienced in project management, financial management, and demand planning within complex environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make informed decisions.
- Excellent communicator with proven interpersonal skills to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient in project management tools and Agile methodologies, including SAFe practices.
- Holds a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business, with 4+ years of experience delivering large-scale projects internationally.
