About this Role
We are seeking a proactive and creative Content Specialist to join our Products & Programs Management team in Cairo, Egypt. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about creating impactful content for sales enablement and customer engagement. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage content platforms, and leverage AI tools to enhance content quality and efficiency.
What you’ll do
- Create, edit, and manage high-quality content for sales enablement, training, and customer-facing materials
- Collaborate with teams across GTM, Sales, Product, and Marketing to align content with business goals
- Act as a key stakeholder liaison, ensuring consistent tone, brand, and messaging across platforms
- Utilise AI and large language model (LLM) tools to streamline content creation and optimisation
- Continuously improve content based on performance metrics and feedback
- Support localisation and adaptation of content for regional markets
- Manage user access and respond to queries related to the Highspot content management platform
- Provide administrative support and troubleshooting for content platforms
Who you are
- Experienced in content creation and management
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement and relationship building
- Strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
- Customer-centric with a service-oriented mindset
- Adaptable and able to prioritise in a dynamic environment
- Familiar with AI tools and LLMs (e.g. ChatGPT, Jasper, Grammarly)
- Proficient in content platforms (e.g. Highspot, CMS tools, SharePoint)
Desirable:
- Background in B2B or telecoms industry
- Knowledge of localisation best practices
- Understanding of sales enablement and buyer journey mapping
