About this Role

 

We are seeking a detail-oriented Background Verification Operations Coordinator to support VOIS Egypt in managing candidate verification processes and payment operations. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with internal policies and maintaining the integrity of hiring procedures through systematic audits, reporting, and stakeholder coordination

What you will do

 

Upload candidate data for all new hires into the system.
Monitor daily candidate status across Feedback L1 (Cleared), L2 (Concern), and L3 (High Concern).
Download and print verification documents for handover to the personnel team for signing alongside contracts.
Conduct weekly checks to ensure no candidate signs without proper clearance.
Generate monthly and quarterly reports on performed checks.
Manage vendor purchase order operations.
Perform system audits and maintain accurate reporting.
Conduct archiving room and medical check recording audits.
Validate monthly personnel team audits in line with BGV policy.

Who you are

 

An Egyptian national residing in Egypt.
A quick learner with strong time management and organisational skills.
Experienced in stakeholder coordination and audit processes.
Attentive to detail with a proactive approach to compliance.
Proficient in Microsoft 360, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Python.
