About this Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Systems & AskHR Operations Specialist to manage the full lifecycle of employee system activities across VOIS Egypt and Vodafone Egypt Local Market. This role serves as the central point of contact for system operations, data integrity, reporting, and HR advisory services. The successful candidate will lead testing, system releases, and ensure seamless coordination with global and local stakeholders including payroll, rewards, finance, and technology teams.
What you will do
Systems Operations
Oversee end-to-end employee system lifecycle including onboarding, changes, leave management, offboarding, and reporting.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of system and manual processes, maintaining high data integrity standards.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives in data quality and operational efficiency.
Deliver accurate payroll reports within agreed service levels.
Manage system releases and updates, including thorough user acceptance testing (UAT).
Coordinate workflow approvals and data transfers between global and local systems.
Maintain service delivery within agreed SLAs and support internal communication for operational efficiency.
Enhance system performance using quality tools and drive improvements based on score outcomes.
Monitor task completion standards and coach MIS team members.
AskHR Operations
Lead the AskHR advisory team, ensuring it remains the primary contact for HR-related queries.
Manage ticketing through EIC and promote adoption of the AskHR BOT.
Maintain and improve Net Promoter Score (NPS) and SLA achievements.
Optimise team utilisation and task distribution.
Drive innovation in departmental processes and communication with HR SPOCs.
Support team development through coaching, counselling, and recognition.
Who you are
Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems or Business Administration (HR major preferred).
Minimum 3 years of HR experience.
Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving capabilities.
Effective communicator across all organisational levels.
Proficient in HR systems and advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Demonstrated experience in MIS and customer service environments.
Skilled in people management and team development.
