About this Role

 

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to manage end-to-end HR system activities, ensuring accurate employee lifecycle data and delivering high-quality HR reporting across the organisation. The role involves maintaining data integrity, supporting payroll requirements, participating in system releases and UAT cycles, and responding to employee and stakeholder queries. This opportunity is ideal for someone with strong HR systems experience, excellent analytical abilities, and a passion for enhancing operational processes.

What you will do

 

• Manage system-related activities covering the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, system changes, offboarding and payroll reporting.
• Support the daily operations of HR systems while ensuring accuracy and data integrity across all modules.
• Prepare weekly, monthly and annual HR reports and analytics using multiple data sources.
• Respond to regular and ad hoc reporting requests from stakeholders.
• Handle employee offboarding processes and unpaid leave cases.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employment records for hires, transfers, promotions and terminations.
• Lead and participate in UAT cycles for new system releases, ensuring smooth implementation of new fields and group requirements.
• Ensure documentation for HR systems, reporting processes and standard procedures is maintained and updated.
• Manage employee queries and requests related to HR systems.
• Support HR projects and initiatives related to system enhancements or new process rollouts.
• Review and improve existing HR processes and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Provide monthly updates to payroll including data on sick leave, unpaid leave and leavers.
• Deliver service within agreed Service Level Agreements for supported customer groups.

Who you are

 

• Skilled in stakeholder management with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels.
• Clear and confident communicator with strong interpersonal awareness.
• Prior experience working with HR systems and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Fluent Portuguese speaker.
• Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems or Business Administration (HR major preferred).
• One to two years of HR experience.
• Strong technical background, including knowledge of MIS and customer service processes.
• Familiar with SuccessFactors HR modules and EVO HR systems.
