About this Role
We are seeking an HR Specialist to provide HR advisory and service delivery support for global onshore markets. The individual will act as an extension of HR Business Partners, ensuring accurate execution of hire‑to‑retire processes, HR analytics, people-related cycles, and data governance in alignment with global and local HR standards. This role is ideal for someone who has strong HR domain knowledge, thrives in a shared services environment, and can collaborate effectively across geographies.
What you will do
- Support HR colleagues—primarily HR Business Partners across multiple countries and business units—to deliver hire-to-retire processes, reports, dashboards, data accuracy and activities/projects from Centre of Expertise teams.
- Serve as the point of contact for business functions by advising on HR activities and resolving queries in compliance with global and local procedures.
- Resolve complex employee queries that require cross-functional collaboration and cannot be solved via self-service channels.
- Coordinate, drive participation, and track progress across HR life cycle, cyclic and ad hoc processes (e.g., performance appraisals, employee engagement surveys, annual budget cycles, rewards nominations).
- Prepare, develop, and present business review presentations to internal and international stakeholders.
- Maintain and forecast monthly budgets, track variances, and report insights to global HRBPs.
- Source inputs and prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly HR reports and dashboards, ensuring a clear data story from an HRBP perspective.
- Standardise quality parameters for employee and organisational data, perform data accuracy checks, identify anomalies, and manage root-cause analysis with corrective actions.
- Build strong collaboration with onshore HRBPs and advise on process improvements, data quality and KPI trends.
- Identify enhancement opportunities that improve process effectiveness, reduce pain points and elevate service delivery.
- Support transitions of new services to offshore teams, ensuring end-to-end knowledge transfer and operational readiness.
- Resolve complex cases, ensure SLA adherence, and manage escalations at root cause level.
- Oversee case volumes, triage requests, track daily/weekly/monthly performance and publish case management reports.
- Maintain knowledge repositories and process documentation with a strong focus on data accuracy and quality.
- Support system setup, access requirements and ways of working.
- Embed privacy-by-design principles and ensure GDPR compliance for all transactions.
- Use MS Office, Power BI for dashboards, and Power Automate to streamline workflows.
- Communicate clearly and confidently across internal and international stakeholder groups.
Who you are
- Possess strong HR domain knowledge and an eagerness to understand business structures across global markets.
- Skilled in clear, effective written and verbal communication with the ability to engage mid and senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrate experience in process improvement and implementing automation solutions.
- Bring strong analytical, critical thinking, quantitative analysis and data storytelling abilities.
- Display a solution-oriented, proactive and customer-centred mindset.
- Operate with the perspective of an HRBP while delivering within a shared services model and performance framework.
- Passionate about driving employee experience and process excellence.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when working with HR organisational and employee data.
- Flexible to work in hybrid models and adjust according to onshore market shifts.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; experience in Power BI and SuccessFactors is an advantage.
