Role Purpose
The Head of Integrated Solutions is typically responsible for strategic planning, delivery excellence, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth of complex integrated ICT and digital solutions offered to enterprise and key accounts. This role connects the intersection of technical leadership, business solution strategy, and cross-functional coordination, ensuring Vodafone’s integrated portfolios solve real customer challenges and contribute to business targets

What you’ll do
- Define and evolve the integrated solutions strategy aligned with Vodafone Business objectives and market demands.
- Ensure solution portfolios (ICT, connectivity, cloud, cybersecurity, digital transformation services) are competitive, scalable, and commercially viable.
- Oversee quality assurance, risk mitigation, and performance monitoring across delivery teams.
- Drive revenue growth through solution optimization, customer engagement, and expansion of services across existing accounts.
- Cultivate deep relationships with enterprise clients, C-level sponsors, and stakeholders..
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment of objectives.
- Lead integrated teams and initiatives across units like Service Delivery, Solution Architecture, Product Management, and Customer Support.
- Establish and enforce consistent methodologies, governance frameworks, and best practices across integrated solutions portfolios.
- Champion the adoption of digital sales tools, CRM, analytics, and AI-driven insights to improve productivity.
- Lead, inspire, and coach senior sales leaders and regional teams.
- Act as a key member of the leadership team, contributing to overall business strategy and planning

Who you are
- Must have technical / professional qualifications:
- 10+ years in ICT/technology solutions leadership, enterprise sales, or service delivery roles.
- Proven track record in managing complex solution portfolios and high-value enterprise accounts.
- Technical & Business Expertise
- Deep understanding of systems integration, cloud services, networking, cybersecurity, and digital transformation technologies.
- Familiarity with IT/telecom service delivery frameworks (e.g., ITIL, PMBOK, Agile).
- Strong commercial acumen, including ability to drive P&L performance and growth.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
- Executive-level engagement with C-suite and senior decision-makers.
- Trusted advisor mindset with strong consultative and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage complex stakeholder ecosystems (customers, partners, vendors, internal teams).
- Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution capabilities.
- Strong communication, influence, and decision-making under ambiguity.
