What you’ll do

Project Management & Leadership

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of HIT/HIS projects, including EMR/EHR systems, clinical applications, and healthcare analytics platforms
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects across different geographical locations .
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including clinical staff, IT personnel, vendors, and stakeholders
  • Monitor project risks and develop mitigation strategies

Technical Oversight

  • Oversee system integration, data migration, and interface development activities
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare IT standards (HL7, FHIR, DICOM, etc.)
  • Coordinate system testing, validation, and quality assurance processes
  • Manage system upgrades, patches, and maintenance schedules
  • Oversee technical documentation and system architecture planning

 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering , Information Technology, or related field
  • 5+ years of project management experience in healthcare IT
  • 5+ years of experience with HIS/EMR implementation projects
  • PMP certification required
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare workflows and clinical operations
  • Experience with HIS/EMR systems
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale projects
  • English & Arabic fluency.
