What you’ll do
Project Management & Leadership
- Lead end-to-end implementation of HIT/HIS projects, including EMR/EHR systems, clinical applications, and healthcare analytics platforms
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies
- Manage multiple concurrent projects across different geographical locations .
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including clinical staff, IT personnel, vendors, and stakeholders
- Monitor project risks and develop mitigation strategies
Technical Oversight
- Oversee system integration, data migration, and interface development activities
- Ensure compliance with healthcare IT standards (HL7, FHIR, DICOM, etc.)
- Coordinate system testing, validation, and quality assurance processes
- Manage system upgrades, patches, and maintenance schedules
- Oversee technical documentation and system architecture planning
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering , Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of project management experience in healthcare IT
- 5+ years of experience with HIS/EMR implementation projects
- PMP certification required
- Strong knowledge of healthcare workflows and clinical operations
- Experience with HIS/EMR systems
- Proven track record of managing large-scale projects
- English & Arabic fluency.
