What you’ll do
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic customers, understanding their business needs and objectives related to IoT solutions.
- Vendor Relationship Management: manage and handle all the vendor requirements and validate all the actuals on ground understanding of their business and technical needs related to IoT solutions.
- Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and translate them into actionable plans for technical, project management and finance teams, ensuring clarity and alignment.
- Change Management: Support clients in navigating change management processes associated with IoT implementations, addressing concerns and facilitating training as needed.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze project performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Solution Advocacy: Act as an advocate for clients within the organization, ensuring their feedback and concerns are prioritized and addressed
- Understand the customer nature and provide with a methodology that suits the customer needs and background.
- Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to provide clients with strategic insights and recommendations.
- Technology Evaluation: Research and assess new IoT technologies, platforms, and tools, making recommendations for adoption based on project needs and industry trends.
- Manage the lifecycle of new projects and service development through launch - opportunity assessment, requirements definition, pricing, competitive analysis, development, and product launch. Maintain a constant focus on product quality and improvement.
- Create and maintain comprehensive product collateral including template legal agreements, pricing manuals and customer facing documentation
- Participate in the definition of customers IoT Roadmaps, their IoT Platform components, API’s and overall strategy together with Business Analysts, Product Managers and Architects.
Who you are
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in mega projects or customer engagement roles, preferably in the IoT or technology sector.
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills along with the ability to interrelate effectively with different stakeholders.
- Agile methodologies awareness and familiarly with Agile tools (Preferably Agile PO Certified).
- Project and resource management skills.
- Understanding of IoT technologies, platforms, and solutions.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Knowledge of data analytics tools and methodologies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, software engineering, computer science, or related field.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Relevant professional / supervisory qualification.
- High level of experience in product development or IoT product management.
- Strong analytical and quantitative abilities; strong bias towards data-based decision making and comfort with financial analysis
- Strong experience with Cloud and on-prim platforms and technologies. Previous experience in IoT applications deployment.Strong knowledge in System API Integrations.
