About this Role
What you’ll do
Who you are
- 0–2 years of experience in troubleshooting and network operations for IP complex solutions.
- Basic IP and voice knowledge; experience in routing, switching, and IP services (DNS, DHCP, etc.).
- Familiarity with Vodafone fixed, mobile, and convergence products is desirable.
- Excellent customer orientation and strong communication skills.
- Fluent in German (written and spoken) – minimum C1 level.Strong analytical skills.
