About this Role
We are seeking an Infrastructure Systems Engineer to provide advanced support and service ownership for Office IT Infrastructure, focusing on Active Directory and Entra AD environments. This role involves operational assessments for projects, planning service improvements, implementing automation workflows, and ensuring proactive capacity management. You will play a critical role in maintaining system health, security compliance, and delivering high-quality infrastructure services.
What you’ll do
- Execute operational assessments for projects and provide input for solution design and go-live decisions.
- Plan and implement service improvements within agreed timelines.
- Manage problem resolution, root cause analysis, and deliver RCA reports.
- Develop scripts and automation workflows to reduce manual intervention.
- Prepare capacity reports and roadmaps for future scalability.Ensure platform health and security compliance with vendor recommendations.
- Deliver monthly scorecards, SLA reports, and communicate success stories.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage escalations effectively.
Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science.Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Entra AD and Azure AD integrations.Strong expertise in Active Directory, Entra Connect, and user provisioning.
- Skilled in PowerShell scripting and troubleshooting Windows Server environments.
- Certified in MCSE and Azure Administration; ITIL Foundation is a plus.Excellent communication skills and ability to work in diverse teams.
- Experience in large-scale production environments and customer-facing support.
