What you’ll do

Secure Vodafone Egypt future growth through leading Customer Insights Team and providing the organisation with the current and emerging market understanding supporting the management decisions supporting our products growth. Delivering timely and relevant, fact-based consumer insights that facilitate strategic and tactical decision-making in all aspects including product development, product strategy and operations.
 

Main Responsibilities

  • Manages the team to support all product owners with all requested customer data in a timely manner 
  • Lead the team to ensure accurate reporting and clear understanding of all products in addition to providing actionable insights and clear KPIs monitoring
  • Leads the assessment of different moves and promotions to ensure positive ARPU and healthier base growth across different products
  • Being a market sensor enhancing the interpretation of market forces & consequences on our Revenue Growth
  • Driving the strategy and decision making process through delivering powerful and actionable data-driven marketing insights. 
  • Lead and manage the team members through the development of objectives/targets and coordination of resources

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of experience 
  • Very strong statistical Analysis background.
  • Structured approach to gathering and representing data 
  • Experience and background in a complex multi business environment essential 
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Business specification and detailed design documentation.
  • In depth knowledge of key, internal Business processes of mobile telecommunications operations
