About this Role
We are seeking an experienced finance professional to join our team as an Intercompany and Transfer Pricing Controller. This remote-based role offers the opportunity to work across Vodafone Group, engaging with multiple operating companies and Group functions. The individual will be responsible for ensuring compliance with OECD Transfer Pricing guidelines, managing VOIS service charges and costs, and supporting process improvement initiatives. The role also includes advisory responsibilities to help VOIS customers understand billing and charging queries.
What you’ll do
- Support the governance of VOIS intercompany processes, ensuring accurate documentation and alignment of intercompany flows.
- Act as a continuous support manager for VOIS customers, facilitating query resolution and integrating feedback into internal practices.
- Assist in establishing transparent reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the intercompany billing team to ensure accurate data flow from VOIS Finance Business Partners.
- Drive transformation initiatives by implementing robust controls and exploring opportunities for simplification and automation.
Who you are
- Skilled in building effective relationships with diverse stakeholders, including non-financial communities.
- Proficient in managing and analysing large datasets, with strong MS Office skills.
- Possess a solid financial background and understanding of financial systems and processes.
- Adaptable to change, with strong problem-solving abilities and openness to feedback.
- Capable of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines and working effectively under pressure.
