About this Role
What you’ll do
- Deliver engaging and effective learning sessions using a range of methods such as digital tools, in-person training, and coaching approaches.
- Act as a development consultant, promoting the adoption of learning platforms such as Vodafone University.
- Adapt and localise learning content to meet specific business and cultural requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver learning priorities and initiatives.
- Work closely with HR shared services teams to support training administration and enablement.
- Serve as a key point of contact for stakeholders including HR, business teams, and global L&D colleagues.
- Identify learning needs through audits and provide insights to functional experts.
- Track and report on training progress and learner performance.
- Deliver upskilling and cross-skilling programmes to support workforce capability growth.
- Monitor training outcomes and highlight gaps to improve training-to-performance conversion.
- Facilitate feedback and coaching sessions to enhance learner performance and engagement.
- Work flexibly across rotational shifts, including early and late hours as required.
Who you are
- A learning professional with experience in delivering training programmes and facilitating knowledge transfer.
- Fluent in German (written and spoken), with strong communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable engaging with diverse audiences and building strong professional relationships.
- Skilled in using digital tools and virtual platforms to enhance learning experiences.
- Able to understand organisational strategy and align learning initiatives accordingly.
- Knowledgeable in coaching techniques and adult learning principles, with relevant certifications considered beneficial.
- Experience as a language instructor or in multilingual training environments is advantageous.
