About this Role

We are seeking a Learning & Capability Development Specialist to deliver engaging and impactful learner experiences that support functional capability growth across centre teams. This role focuses on facilitating learning interventions, supporting onboarding and capability development, localising and enhancing learning content, and partnering with business stakeholders to improve employee performance and learning effectiveness. The successful candidate will combine training delivery expertise, learning consultancy skills, and digital learning approaches to create meaningful development outcomes.

What you’ll do

Deliver high-impact learning experiences through classroom training, virtual facilitation, coaching, and other appropriate learning methods.
Drive learner engagement and achievement of learning objectives using effective delivery techniques and development approaches.
Act as a learning and development consultant, promoting the effective utilisation of Vodafone learning platforms.
Localise learning content and review existing learning solutions to identify opportunities for enhancement and alternative delivery methods.
Contribute to the design, development, and refinement of fit-for-purpose learning solutions that enhance learner experience and support commercial objectives.
Partner with Business Operations teams to drive On-the-Job Training activities and support the early performance of new employees within their first 30 days.
Collaborate with HR Shared Services teams to support training administration, logistics, and learner enablement.
Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, including HR Business Partners, operational teams, suppliers, and the wider global Learning & Development community.
Identify capability gaps through audits and assessments and communicate findings to relevant functional experts.
Track learner progress and maintain training reports throughout the full learning journey.
Facilitate upskilling and cross-skilling programmes to broaden workforce capability.
Monitor training-to-operation transition outcomes and identify opportunities for performance improvement.
Support the implementation of Vodafone Spirit through learning initiatives and training activities.

Who you are

Strong understanding of VOIS customer operations strategy and values.
Experience facilitating technical and product-related learning programmes for new employees.
Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders across different organisational levels.
Experience in digital learning delivery and maintaining learner engagement through virtual channels.
Ability to support the design and enhancement of learning solutions and training materials.
Knowledge of gamification techniques and learning performance dashboards.
Self-motivated individual with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse audiences.
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, both in-person and virtual.
Fluent in spoken and written English.
Proven experience delivering classroom and virtual training programmes.
Advanced PowerPoint design and presentation creation skills.
Strong understanding of content development principles.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of instructional design methodologies.
Understanding of coaching principles and development techniques.
Training of Trainers (TOT) certification or equivalent qualification.
