Role Purpose:

•    Follow up the implementation of LCM Policy & E2E process within the Network, interacts with different stakeholders and functions to grant the compliance with LCM Policy;
•    Follow up the Emea governance of data population, data analysis and risk acceptance  &  facilitate crossfunctional meetings acting as PMO to push all stakeholders to respect the deadline, 
•    Design, implement dashboards and kpis to support LCM Reporting
•    Support  Design, Requirements, implementation of Asset Inventory and the integration of LCM with other processes, such as Planning, Asset Inventory, Security, Contract Management, Delivery for different countries
•    Support data and business analysis 
•    Identify out of the box solutions to drive automation, reduce manual effort through technology  and facilitate the process
•    Prepare/Consolidate/rework data 
•    Support data quality checks and data reconciliation versus other data source
•    Supprts data analysis & reconciliations,  
 

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

•    Manage the governance of Life Cycle management E2E process for data collection, data analysis , reporting and risk sign off 
•    Simplify and automate the stakeholder tasks by leveraging technology
•    Support the Data analysis through the implementation of analytics tools and the design of ad hoc reporting 
•    Support the implementation of an Asset Inventory and the integration with Security/Plans/Delivery and LCM

Core competencies, knowledge, and experience: (Mandatory)

•    4-7 years of work experience in a technology function dealing with complex projects involving a huge amount of different stakeholders in a large, multi-cultural, international organization (nice to have Telco Industry)
•    Previous experience in functional analysis, system implementation/ integration and IT implementation with Waterfall and Agile approach
•    Advanced skills in different programming languages - Python(proficiency),, Pyton Data Library ( like Pandas),   SQL & DBMS, PowerBI, Power Automate. Azure & process automation language nice to have
•    Deep knowledge of Excel (advance level is required)/ PowerPoint and Microsoft Office and PBI (both functional usage, debugging/design implementation) 
•    Excellent analytics & data visualization skills
•    Excellent capability to manage  the delivery in an autonomous way 
•    Leadership & good communication’s skills to drive change and deliver business outcomes. 

Must have technical / professional qualifications:

•    Engineering or Computer Science University Degree
•    Data analysis acume acumen 
•    Advanced Knowledge of different programming languages
•    Attutude to Problem solving skills, structural way thinking , excellent work organizational skills, multi-tasking and good communication skills
•    PMO skills
•    Good knowledge of Technology/Network
•    English profiencly
