What you’ll do

Lead Lifestyle Insights Function providing the organisation with the current and emerging market Trends. Supporting all product owners with rich & relevant insights. This would be achieved through leading a group of segment experts to deliver relatable insights on their daily interests, passions & challenges. They are responsible for creating endless opportunities for Vodafone to become the Ultimate Lifestyle Partner for all Egyptians
 

Main Responsibilities

  • Responsible of handling the respondents representing each segment  and the recruitment process while maintain frequent interaction with the respondents panel
  • Provide real time insights about new trends and lifestyle through building comprehensive reports.
  • Responsible for creating governance & reward model with all respondents 
  • Planning & Governing all types of qualitative research; groups, ethnography, IDIs… etc to capture relevant insights.
  • Driving the strategy and decision making process through delivering powerful and actionable data-driven marketing insights. 
  • Capturing new trends online, and scrapping comments through Social Listening Tools 
  • Responsible for identifying insights as well as consolidating and reporting the findings the management 
  • Responsible for Governance Process between all Segment Experts, Product Owners & Management to ensure all relevant parties are aware of the most up to date trends
  • Managing Operations for recruitment, venues & transportation with agency
  • Manage research expenditures in a cost-efficient way.

  • Ability to work in multitasks under pressure
  • Creative
  • Self-motivated.
  • Ability to maintain focus and drive over prolonged periods
  • Tech Savvy and ability to utilize digital tools for insights generation
  • Excellent command of English
  • +6 years of qualitative research background.
  • Structured approach to gathering and representing data 
  • Experience in dealing with different customer profiles & being able to spot their needs 
  • Research agency operational background (preferably qualitative)
  • Strong communication and moderation skills.

  • Attention to detail and persistence to gather new insights
