Role purpose:

To Create, Produce, Present and Deliver data and reporting for the Quality, Risk & Control team. This involves ensuring timely delivery of accurate, well presented risk-based insight and data to support the Quality, Risk and Control strategy and support all Quality forums

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

  • Responsible for production of monthly reporting, including Monthly Business Reviews for Customer Services & Operations areas
  • Accountable for the majority of Quality, Risk & Control data, reporting requests and presentations
  • Support Quality Coaches/Specialists in the production of required data.
  • Constantly abide by Data Protection and other data policies when handling data
  • Ongoing development of Automated Quality Management and the data pulled from it.
  • Monthly RCC and other key forum outputs.
  • Where Quality is commissionable, ensure accurate data is utilized
  • Ownership of all Quality tools including SharePoint’s

  • Data insights
  • Reporting
  • A ‘can-do’ attitude, with the desire to learn and expand your knowledge and skills around data
  • Ability to identify poor data
  • An understanding of data policies and procedures
  • An understanding of Customer Services and Operations would be advantageous
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate data findings would be advantageous

Professional qualifications:

  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Understanding of data ethics, data protection and best practice reporting and insights
  • SharePoint (Power apps-Power Automate)
  • PowerBi skill
  • Programming skill (SQL-HTML-Java)
  • Presentation skills
