About this Role

We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the Mobile Private Networks (MPN) portfolio within the Connectivity and UC function. This global role is pivotal in translating Vodafone’s MPN strategy into a robust roadmap, ensuring the product remains competitive, scalable, and aligned with strategic business objectives. The individual will be responsible for the full lifecycle of MPN solutions—from design and development to testing, launch, and in-life performance monitoring. The role demands deep technical expertise in MPN platforms, strong stakeholder engagement across Vodafone entities, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement and innovation.

What you’ll do

  • Define and develop an 18-month MPN roadmap and a 12-month tactical plan for market adoption.
  • Design and maintain the end-to-end MPN architecture, including API-led connectivity and integration layers.
  • Lead solution development planning aligned with network evolution and user requirements.
  • Monitor and optimise MPN performance, ensuring high availability and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive continuous improvement through proactive feature development, bug resolution, and scalability enhancements.
  • Collaborate with technology providers to integrate new platforms and ensure future-proof solutions.
  • Manage product development plans, ensuring compliance with security, data privacy, and regulatory standards.
  • Track product performance metrics including customer experience, NPS, revenue impact, and market share growth.
  • Influence virtual teams across global markets and functions to deliver strategic outcomes.
  • Ensure alignment of MPN solutions with Vodafone’s long-term business objectives and customer expectations.

Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Mathematics, or Physics.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in integration or automation frameworks.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in product/solution design, network topologies, and cloud & security delivery models.
  • Strong analytical, testing, and agile delivery skills (e.g. SAFe, Scrum).
  • Proven ability to lead virtual teams and influence stakeholders across technical and non-technical domains.
  • Experience with European telecom markets and global technology providers.
  • Knowledge of ITIL, ETOM, PRINCE2, PMI, TOGAF, or SAFe Agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with cognitive solutions, machine learning principles, and enterprise service architectures is a plus.
