Role Purpose
Monitoring & Handling the MTX Activities (Power, Installations, Expansions & troubleshooting) and DC power stations operation & Maintenance to maintain VFE MTXs running in healthy and economic conditions.
Key Accountabilities & Decision Ownership
Valuing discipline in all aspects / Maturity.
- Lead by example in the availability/ reachability / attendance/ Mentoring/professional Ethics.
New installation and Acceptance
- Guiding technology contractors in installation/ implementation processes inside the technical rooms.
- Ensure that all acceptance procedures had been done as per Vodafone standards.
- Ensure projects time plan is achieved.
- Handling technical rooms access process and work orders.
- H&S Auditing to the MTXs to insure rules are achieved.
- Handling day to day MTX activities
Maintenance Activity
- Supervising the maintenance process with high technicality to assure good performance & network stability.
- Lead field team in troubleshooting infrastructure equipment different alarms.
- Ensure power availability/Redundancy for the nodes in the network.
- Assure MTXs safe stock level.
Decision-making / Initiative / Motivation / Work Quality / Reliability / Security
- Mentoring technicians to ensure high quality performance.
- Energy Management initiatives to meet VF strategy.
- Ensure resilient network.
- Decision maker and handling all field problems troubleshooting.
- Running the business in conformance with company security policies.

Core Competencies, Knowledge, and Experience
- BSc in Electrical Power Engineering.
- knowledge in electromechanical equipment
- Experience in technical installation and standards
- Technical proficiency of using various computer applications.
- Excellent Experience in Management systems.

- Ability to organize and plan work schedule.
