What you’ll do
Execution of the creative work
- Production Team Lead works with the external and internal partner to deliver the project according to business timelines and budgets
Supports Management throughout the production process
- Works with the different entities (directors production houses, brand teams & agencies) to ensure successful delivery.
Quality and logistics
- Checks the quality of the deliverables and endures that the logistics are flawless
Handles the post production phase and manages delivery on time - Solution finding
Finds solutions that deliver on time and cost of campaigns
Who you are
- Exceptional communication skills with emphasis on advertising skilfulness.
- Innovation skills & creativity & solution finding spirit – thinking outside the box, open-minded/flexible.
- Profound team player.
- Attention to details. Technical experience in production
- Ability to maintain a positive relationship with internal and external partners
