About this Role
What you’ll do
- Deliver end-user support and guidance, resolving incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs.
- Provide daily operational support for real-time services such as live events, video conferencing, and IM communications.
- Conduct daily health checks to confirm service stability and performance.Drive innovation through automation ideas and improved user communication methods.
- Participate in preventive maintenance routines as agreed with management.
Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications or Computer Engineering.
- 1–3 years’ experience in technical/application support, preferably in Unified Communications.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Fluent in English with advanced communication abilities.
- ITIL knowledge is essential.
- Technical expertise in Windows Servers, IIS, Microsoft Power Platform, M365 & Cloud solutions, networking theory (CCNA/CCNP), voice/video protocols (SIP, H323), VMware, and virtualisation.
