About this Role

 

We are seeking a Project Management Office Specialist to join the Technology VOIS Project Management Team, supporting the delivery of large, cross-functional projects. This role will work closely with the Project Lead to ensure effective coordination, governance, and execution of project activities. The successful candidate will utilise a sound understanding of project management approaches (plan-driven, hybrid, and agile) to manage key areas such as scope, timelines, costs, risks, communication, and stakeholder engagement.

What you’ll do

 

Establish and maintain a collaborative project environment that enables effective communication and knowledge sharing across teams
Manage and maintain structured project documentation, including repositories for open items, decisions, risks, and key project artefacts
Support the Project Manager by handling aligned tasks and ensuring consistency in project execution
Draft meeting minutes and track follow-ups to ensure accountability and progress
Prepare regular status reports to provide visibility on project health and milestones
Develop and maintain budget overviews to support financial tracking and control
Track orders and fulfilments to ensure alignment with project plans
Consolidate estimates and assist with planning activities across teams

Who you are

 

Proficient in Office 365, SharePoint, Jira, and Confluence
Skilled in visualisation and aggregation of complex information for effective reporting
A strong communicator with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams
Demonstrates problem-solving capabilities and a structured approach to tasks
Able to organise and prioritise work within a dynamic project environment
