What you’ll do
- Lead the negotiation and execution of partnership agreements.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and set partnership goals to ensure mutual success.
- Build and execute strategic partnership plans, ensuring alignment with the organization’s long-term objectives.
- partners to ensure high satisfaction and engagement.
- Regularly communicate with partners to manage expectations, resolve issues, and identify new opportunities.
- Conduct periodic performance reviews with partners to assess the success and areas for improvement.
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, legal, and product development, to ensure alignment of partnership objectives.
- Provide internal stakeholders with partnership updates and insights to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to co-create campaigns and initiatives that leverage partnerships.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market shifts, and competitor partnerships.
- Solid understanding of business development and marketing strategies.
Who You Are
- 2+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or strategic alliances.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to implement and track partnership outcomes.
- Solid understanding of business development and marketing strategies.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong data analytical skills
- Strong Marketing and Commercial management skills
- Proven track record in managing and scaling partnerships.
- Experience with negotiation, contract management, and legal compliance.
