About this role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to provide confidential administrative support to two senior leaders within the Business Operations & Transformation function. Based in Cairo, Egypt, this role requires excellent communication skills, sound judgement, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact across VOIS and partner teams, ensuring seamless coordination of diaries, travel, and communications.
What you’ll do
- Manage diaries and commitments for senior leaders, ensuring meetings are well-prepared and outcomes are tracked.
- Exercise discretion in accepting or declining meeting requests.
- Handle email correspondence, responding or redirecting as appropriate.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and approvals, ensuring documentation is accurate and timely.
- Prepare presentation materials for internal and external events.
- Submit expense claims with precision and timeliness.
- Collaborate with other Personal Assistants to share best practices and maintain continuity during absences.
Who you are
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experienced in supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment.
- Skilled in project management and organisation.
- Calm under pressure, with a positive and adaptable approach.
- Strong communicator with the ability to influence and challenge constructively.
- Relationship builder who fosters collaboration and breaks down barriers.
- Detail-oriented and familiar with VOIS/Vodafone Technology objectives.
