Role Purpose:

•    Implement VOIS Physical Security strategy and framework across VOIS EG locations ensuring:
•    Adequate security measures are in place to safeguard personnel and Vodafone assets 
•    Full alignment with local laws and regulations across countries 
•    Conduct physical security reviews of all locations for VOIS EG, producing detailed risk and threat assessments. 
•    Provide a secure business environment in accordance with policies of VOIS and Vodafone Group.
•    Identify best practice, standards and develop a cost-effective approach to maintain levels of physical security balanced against commercial objectives. Ensure physical security standards are maintained without impacting operations and customer experience
•    Develop appropriate assurance model for VOIS TR center with VF-TR 
•    Provide adequate support to Business Resilience team to implement an effective VOIS EG BCM and Crisis Management strategy and response.
•    Provide adequate support to Investigation team to help reach fact based reports and reach proper decision
•    Propose Physical Security budgets for VOIS EG/TR and support efficiency programs for this budget.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

•    Manage the implementation of the Physical Security strategies within VOIS EG centres;
•    Review and monitor VOIS Physical Security Policy changes and create mitigation actions to ensure compliance with Vodafone VOIS/Group standards;
•    Review gaps regarding to policy or local law and regulations
•    Perform and review the annual plan detailing physical security reviews/audit schedules for all VOIS EG centres
•    Complete physical security audits as part of a cyclical programme on all VOIS EG sites the frequency dependent on criticality and security category sites
•    Maintain risk register of physical security review findings and work with relevant stakeholders to drive physical security improvements
•    Provide advice to supply chain/property on physical security requirements related to suppliers or outsource partners
•    Monitor policy based KPIs and report to management.
•    Report physical security incidents breaches to management.
•    Support any facilitation requirement for completion and success of any Physical Security related audits (logistics, interviews, etc.);
•    To advise VOIS EG functions and entities on remedial actions following an investigation or physical security breach to prevent another incident from occurring.
•    Review best practice and standards and develop a cost-effective approach to maintain levels of physical security balanced against commercial objectives. 
•    Ensure physical security standards are maintained without impacting operations and customer experience.
•    Support the implementation of the VOIS EG Business Continuity Management and Crisis Management Programs that delivers compliance with company’s strategy and the Business Continuity Management policy;
 

Competencies, knowledge and experience:

•    5-year experience in a Physical security related role
•    Sound knowledge of BCM and CM. 
•    Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills  
•    Able to effectively handle numerous and complex projects under pressure;
•    Risk mind-set, problem solving skills;
•    Flexibility and high personal commitment; 
•    Self-driven and very good team player 
•    Fluent English (both spoken and written);
•    Experience in working in a international environment
•    Availability to travel to VOIS EG centres and to be on-call, in a crisis situation to support from Physical Security perspective

Technical / professional qualifications:

•    Relevant University degree 
•    PSP / CPP / BCI certifications would be a plus;
•    Very good knowledge handling security systems is very important (GENETEC / Lenel / Milestone/ …etc) 
•    Very good knowledge about MS products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, Visio etc)
