About this role

We are seeking a Business Consultant to support business leaders in defining and delivering strategic change initiatives that enhance operational performance and customer outcomes. This role focuses on structured problem-solving, diagnostic-led transformation, and the design of optimised processes and operating models. The individual will work closely with senior stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure that change is adopted, benefits are realised, and sustainable capability is embedded across the organisation.

What you’ll do

Lead structured discovery and diagnostic engagements to define business challenges, identify root causes, quantify impact, and uncover value-creation opportunities.
Design target operating models, optimised processes, and transformation roadmaps aligned to strategic priorities and measurable outcomes.
Develop and challenge robust business cases, clearly articulating value, cost, risks, dependencies, and investment trade-offs.
Facilitate senior stakeholder workshops and decision forums to drive alignment, resolve complex trade-offs, and enable evidence-based decisions.
Define benefits realisation frameworks and performance measures to ensure value is tracked, reported, and sustained post-implementation.Provide change leadership across transformation initiatives, including stakeholder engagement, impact assessments, communication planning, and adoption enablement.
Partner with programme, portfolio, and delivery teams to translate strategic intent into executable and governed delivery plans.
Support governance structures with structured insights and recommendations, enabling effective risk management and executive decision-making.
Coach and mentor teams on consulting methodologies, structured problem-solving, and continuous improvement practices.

Who you are

An experienced professional with 6+ years in consulting, operational excellence, or transformation roles, ideally within telecommunications or shared services environments.Skilled in end-to-end process design, process mining interpretation, Lean Six Sigma delivery, and automation opportunity assessment.
Comfortable working independently in complex environments while delivering measurable business value.
Experienced in business process optimisation, operational excellence, intelligent automation, and continuous improvement methodologies.
A clear and structured communicator with strong facilitation and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Familiar with tools and certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, change management frameworks, process mining solutions, automation platforms, and data visualisation tools.
