About this Role

We are seeking an experienced product professional to lead the strategy, delivery, adoption and continuous improvement of MarTech and data products. Based in Cairo, the role connects the needs of Vodafone markets with scalable, secure and measurable solutions that improve data collection, analytics, customer experience and MarTech maturity. 

You will define product vision, roadmaps, priorities and success measures while coordinating product, engineering, analytics, architecture, commercial and vendor teams. The role requires effective decision-making in a complex, matrix environment and a strong focus on product adoption, reusable standards and measurable business value

What you’ll do

Define and communicate the vision, strategy, roadmap, priorities, objectives and success measures for a portfolio of MarTech and data products.
Lead the complete product lifecycle, including discovery, requirements definition, delivery, release, adoption and continuous improvement.
Engage Vodafone markets to understand their priorities, product roadmaps, maturity and challenges, translating these insights into scalable capabilities and support plans.
Coordinate Product Owners, engineering, analytics, architecture, commercial teams and external vendors, managing dependencies, risks, governance and delivery decisions.
Own portfolio prioritisation and make product investment recommendations within the relevant governance framework.
Approve product requirements, success criteria, release scope and appropriate delivery trade-offs.
Lead market discovery, onboarding, adoption and feedback processes, ensuring that market insights inform future product roadmaps.
Ensure that security, privacy, Responsible AI, architecture and operational-readiness requirements are addressed with the appropriate specialist teams.
Monitor product performance, adoption, delivery health and realised value, initiating corrective action where required.
Promote reusable standards, clear documentation, market enablement and measurable outcomes across the MarTech product portfolio.

Who you are

You have experience leading digital, analytics, AI or MarTech products through discovery, delivery, launch and ongoing improvement.
You can develop product and portfolio strategies, manage roadmaps and prioritise backlogs using outcome-based planning.
You have experience working with Agile delivery methods. SAFe, Product Owner or relevant project management certification would be beneficial.
You understand web and mobile analytics, APIs, data flows, cloud platforms, customer data, digital journeys and MarTech tools.You can translate business needs into clear requirements, acceptance criteria and measurable outcomes.
You use data and evidence to support product decisions and evaluate performance.
You communicate clearly and can influence stakeholders across commercial, technology, architecture and market teams.
You apply structured problem-solving and sound judgement when working with ambiguity or competing priorities.
You collaborate effectively across teams and support the development of Product Owners and delivery partners through matrix leadership.
You understand the importance of data privacy, security, governance, Responsible AI and operational readiness in digital product delivery
