About this Role
We are seeking a Product Owner with a strong foundation in software engineering and at least two years of experience in business analysis or product ownership. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in customer-facing environments and are passionate about delivering technology solutions that meet evolving business needs. You will be responsible for managing small to medium-sized projects and opportunities, ensuring seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
What you will do
- Lead the delivery process of customer requirement projects, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with expectations.
- Own and manage the requirements gathering process, integrating customer needs into technology plans.
- Oversee all project-related activities including proposal development, planning, reporting, and risk management.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers, providing updates on timelines and scope.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the scope of work with existing customers.
- Manage multiple projects or opportunities simultaneously, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
- Support opportunity management processes from initiation to finalisation.
Who you are
- A professional with at least 2 years of experience in business analysis or product ownership.
- Possess a background in software engineering.
- Skilled in customer engagement and relationship management.
- Capable of managing multiple small to medium-sized projects concurrently.
- Proactive in identifying business development opportunities and expanding customer relationships.
- Strong communicator with the ability to translate technical details into business value.
