About this role

We are seeking a Product Owner with strong technical, cloud, and delivery capabilities to drive the development of impactful digital products. The individual will work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams, translate business requirements into a clear product backlog, and maintain high delivery standards. This role is ideal for someone with experience in technical environments, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to influence without authority while fostering transparent stakeholder relationships.

What you’ll do

Partner closely with business stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into a well‑structured, value‑driven product backlog.Analyse gaps, assess impacts, and document functional and non‑functional requirements to support product development.Work alongside both offshore and onsite teams, supporting their day‑to‑day activities and ensuring clarity on deliverables.Guide features from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with product outcomes and overall product value.Maintain a mature, prioritised team backlog and ensure user stories meet Definition of Ready (DOR).Support consistent product delivery cycles by understanding dependencies, architecture elements, and release requirements.Apply Agile and Kanban practices to maintain disciplined and predictable delivery.Identify patterns, root causes, and early signs of system‑level issues, escalating and addressing them proactively.

Who you are

AWS Cloud Practitioner certification with strong foundational cloud knowledge.Solid understanding of system architecture, dependencies, staging environments, and release cycles.2–3 years of experience as a software developer or technical team member.Strong technical troubleshooting capability with the ability to spot trends and systemic issues.Skilled in Agile methodologies, particularly Kanban, with excellent organisational and planning discipline.Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills with an ability to keep discussions transparent, constructive, and solution‑oriented.High attention to detail with the ability to identify inconsistencies quickly.Strong analytical thinking with a structured approach to problem‑solving and root‑cause analysis.English level B2 or higher (LinguaSkill certification preferred).
Nice to Have:Hands‑on infrastructure experience.Knowledge of AWS, GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes.Experience in incident and problem management (lead level).
