About this Role

The Product Lead is accountable for driving the end-to-end delivery of complex digital products, ensuring they meet business requirements, quality standards, and timelines. This role coordinates across cross-functional teams, resolves delivery challenges, and ensures smooth execution within agile frameworks.

Alongside managing high-complexity products, the Product Lead will mentor and support less experienced Product Owners, sharing best practices in backlog management, sprint planning, and stakeholder communication. The role emphasizes operational excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement to deliver impactful products efficiently.

What you’ll do

  • Product lead is purely a leadership role which involves directing the offshore product owners responsible for a specific product.
  • Perform regular control checks on work performed by less experienced Product Owners in one or more projects.
  • Proactively share all best practices related to process, requirements, ...etc
  • Works very closely with SW engineering management team for new proposals, initiatives, etc
  • Product lead presence is a must in onboarding new local markets or for any new project kick off phase.
  • PL Foster an environment of creative thinking, positive criticism, open communication, risk taking, and recognize employees for appropriate behavior.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and senior leadership team to identify strategic and innovative uses of technology to drive business growth, profitability, and efficiencies.
  • Ability to onboard new streams of work, squads, or business areas and to support the digital transformation of any project type

 

 

Who you are

  • Educated in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 6+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • Fluency in English C1 is a must 
  • Previous experience as a Product Owner is essential.
  • Good understanding of software development principles and practices.
  • Strong research, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Digital product mindset with the ability to navigate complex delivery environments. 
  • Passion for user-centred design and product development. 
  • Ability to mentor colleagues and work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
