What you’ll do

Manage a team of 15–20 outsourced agents to achieve targets in net adds, voice points, solutions, and accounts.

Distribute sales across different areas to increase opportunities and grow sales year over year.

Work closely with other teams like Marketing and Activation to support projects and share new ideas.

Handle and reduce customer complaints by making sure the team is well-trained and focused on quality.

Ensure 93% sales quality by Month 3, 85% by Month 6, and keep “no network” cases under 7%.

Who you are
- 3-5 years of Sales experience
- Excellent sales & Problem solving skills
- Reporting, Time management and presentation skills.
- Excellent leadership, Negotiation and communication skills.
- Full awareness about retail structure and related function
