About this role

We are seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to work closely with the sales organisation to enable effective performance management, forecasting, pipeline quality, target setting, and commission governance. This role plays a critical part in supporting data-driven decision-making by ensuring sales data accuracy, delivering high-quality analysis, and driving the adoption of sales tools and processes in a complex, global environment.

What you’ll do

Partner with sales teams to track performance, pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and KPI attainment.Maintain and manage sales data, including account allocation, hierarchy setup, and opportunity management, ensuring consistency across systems.Deliver regular and ad-hoc analysis, dashboards, and reports to support commercial decision-making.Support target setting and commission planning by working closely with sales and finance stakeholders.Manage commission exception analysis and governance in line with agreed terms and controls.Drive adoption, training, and continuous improvement of sales tools and processes, including Salesforce.Act as a focal point for sales operations support, data quality management, and first-line system issue resolution.Contribute to pipeline acceleration and revenue outcomes through proactive collaboration with sales and sales operations teams.

Who you are

An experienced sales operations or sales support professional with a strong understanding of sales performance management.Comfortable working in a complex, global, matrix organisation with multiple stakeholders.Highly analytical, with advanced numerical skills and the ability to translate data into meaningful insights.An effective communicator who builds trusted relationships and presents insights clearly to varied audiences.Proficient in Salesforce, advanced Excel modelling, and presentation tools.Well-organised, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities while meeting tight deadlines.
