Sales Operations Analyst (VOIS)
Role Purpose:
Work closely with VGE Sales Organisation in areas of team performance tracking, forecasting, pipeline quality/analysis, target setting, commission support and adhoc analysis etc. The role is responsible for :
• Understanding the Sales Organisation Go to market model and ensuring proper setup of hierarchy and account allocation to allow for proper measurement tracking and rollup.
• Understanding the Sales measurable KPIs and providing the tools/processes and necessary training to enable Sales to track and manage their performance in terms of wins, pipeline, resigns and losses etc.
• Providing adhoc analysis and reporting to Sales to facilitate decision making
• Woking closely with Sales to provide inputs into the global design of new processes and tools with the aim to optimise the Sales efficiency
• Drive adoption and training of new tools
• Work with Finance and Sales to drive the targeting process with an aim to ensure alignment of targets to Corporate Strategy and Plans
• Manage and prep analysis of any exceptions not in alignment with the commission T&Cs and governance through the region Commission Review Board.
• Target definition and commission plans - understand the Sales model and facilitate country/LoB target setting to drive desired sales behaviours to maximise revenue
• Data Maintenance – work with Sales to understand their local setup and update the various systems (eg. Account allocation and hierarchy etc) accordingly to ensure data consistency and maintenance
• Sales Enablement & Sales Tools Adoption – provide trainings on tools/processes to enable sales to manage their performance. Measuring and tracking of key sales metrics using reporting data to facilitate decision making, Serve as a point of contact for feedback and continuous improvement.
• Reporting and Analysis – Coordinate the implementation of Sales Performance reporting and provide analysis necessary to manage performance. Support pipeline and forecasting activities to drive improvement plans.
Key Accountabilities and Decision Ownership:
• Contribute to TCV and pipeline acceleration through proactive collaboration with the direct/indirect Sales & Sales Ops teams.
• Own Analysis and forecasting sales performance reports
• Manage client assignments, sales & employee hierarchy, account team allocations, opportunity management, commissions)
• Generate ad-hoc reports and deliver presentations

• Regularly monitor and report on Sales performance and KPI attainment.
• Business Partnering to Sales stakeholders to establishing high levels of trust.
• Focal point with 1st line support of salesforce.com to resolve incidents.
• Responsible of salesforce.com data quality duties
• Conduct sales performance analysis and forecasts.
• Provide adequate insights to enable Decision support.
• Proactively mitigates commercial risks through identifying gaps.
• Harmonize globally deployed processes, tools and training,
• Commission incentive management:
o Handling commission scheme , applying commission rules and validation.
o Sending sales account list , quota and hierarchy
o Conduct different type of analysis to determine trend of commission
• Ensures continuous improvement of existing reports. Initiates improvement of the team's processes.

Core Competencies, Knowledge and Experience:
• Fluent English IELTS 7
• Customer Service/Care experience is an advantage
• Sales, Sales Support or Sales Operations experience is a must.
• Experience of working in complex, global matrix environment
• Advanced communication skills
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with advanced Excel manipulation and modelling capability
• Develop data reporting scripts and operational reports.
• Able to resolve the difficult and complex challenges associated with the work performed.
• Ability to approach technical/operational challenges from a business perspective.
• Balances multiple work streams, work to tight deadlines and remain cool under pressure / Advanced Time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and high levels of organisation/ Advanced Analytical and auditing
Must have Technical / Professional Qualifications:
• Relevant business qualification
• Salesforce experience
• Advanced/Excellent level in MS Excel
• Advanced PPT skills are required
• Sales/Sales Operations/Sales Support background
