What you’ll do
- Own the design and execution of distribution strategy
- Define and govern execution frameworks
- Lead business case development and investment decisions
- Drive data-driven decision making.
- Drive cross-functional execution and transformation
- Alignment of sales and distribution channels with Vodafone’s strategic objectives
- Establishment and effectiveness of governance frameworks
- Achievement of functional strategic targets.
Who you are
- Solid fintech and digital payments background
- Deep distribution and channel management experience
- Strategic thinking and planning expertise
- Data-driven mindset and commercial analytics capability
- Strong financial acumen
- Proven experience in Strategy and Commercial Planning functions.

Solid background in Telecom or FMCG distribution functions, with understanding of sales channels, go-to-market models, and commercial dynamics.
- Strong fintech exposure, including digital payments, wallets and financial services integration within commercial and sales propositions
- Demonstrated financial planning & analysis expertise, including budgeting, forecasting, P&L management, and business case evaluation.
