About this Role
We are seeking a highly capable and experienced Scrum Master to lead agile delivery within the System Engineering & Automation domain. This role is pivotal in embedding agile principles across project teams, ensuring timely and effective delivery of data and analytics solutions. The individual will collaborate closely with product owners, architects, engineers, and developers to drive agile transformation and maintain delivery excellence.
What you’ll do
Champion agile values, methods, and practices across delivery teams.
Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and demos.
Align with product owners on feature lists and release timelines.
Ensure accurate and detailed story tracking in Jira, with proper sizing and team capacity planning.
Coach and mentor team members on agile standards and ensure consistency across workstreams.
Identify and resolve impediments proactively, escalating when necessary.
Manage stakeholder communications and vendor interfaces for technical delivery.
Maintain up-to-date project documentation and ensure correct usage of CDI tools.
Support onboarding and knowledge transfer sessions for team members.
Who you are
Proven experience managing agile projects, particularly in data analytics environments.
Strong understanding of agile methodologies and delivery frameworks.
Technical background with the ability to grasp architectural and integration complexities.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Calm under pressure, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution.
Self-motivated, independent, and committed to continuous improvement.
Skilled in tracking and reporting metrics such as burndown, velocity, and risk.
