About this Role
We are seeking a certified Scrum Master to lead agile delivery within the Data Analytics domain. This role is pivotal in fostering an agile culture across cross-functional teams comprising data engineers, scientists, analysts, and product managers. The individual will be responsible for enabling agile practices, facilitating SAFe ceremonies, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery of data products. The role demands strong stakeholder management, technical understanding, and the ability to coach teams in agile methodologies.
What you will do
Champion agile values, principles, and practices across Data Analytics teams.
Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, demos, and PI planning.
Coach and mentor team members on agile standards and ensure consistent practices across workstreams.
Collaborate with product owners, data specialists, and delivery leaders to ensure effective execution.
Track and report agile metrics such as velocity, lead time, and cycle time to support data-driven decisions.
Ensure proper use of collaboration tools like JIRA and Confluence for project tracking and documentation.
Manage stakeholder and vendor interfaces, ensuring transparency and alignment.
Promote continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across Scrum Masters and agile specialists.
Who you are
Certified Scrum Master or Scrum Practitioner with proven experience in agile project delivery.
Skilled in managing complex software and data analytics projects using agile methodologies.
Experienced in scaled agile frameworks such as SAFe or LeSS.
Strong understanding of the data lifecycle including ingestion, transformation, modelling, and visualisation.
Technically proficient with the ability to understand architecture and source code.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Proficient in agile collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
Familiarity with technologies like Google Cloud Platform, SQL, Qlik, PowerBI, Tableau, and SAP Analytics Cloud is highly desirable.
Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of driving continuous improvement.
