Security and Quality Project Manager (VOIS)
What you’ll do
Lead, monitor, and close Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) projects.
Audit service transition processes to ensure alignment with Vodafone Transition Methodology and compliance with data privacy and information security regulations.
Act as the privacy liaison for the Data Protection & Privacy Officer (DPPO), supporting process and product owners in embedding Vodafone’s privacy vision.
Develop and maintain Business Continuity Plans for teams and services.
Drive performance across customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team effectiveness.

About this Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative individual to lead cross-functional project delivery, quality reporting, and transition audits within Technology VOIS Egypt. This role is pivotal in ensuring service transitions meet Vodafone’s methodology and privacy standards, while also supporting business continuity planning and continuous service improvement initiatives.
Who you are
Experienced in project management with over 2 years of hands-on delivery.
Certified in PMP or Prince2 (mandatory); Six Sigma Green Belt is a plus.
Proficient in Power BI reporting and analysis.
Skilled in budget forecasting and cost analysis.
Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
Solid IT background with expertise in MS Office applications.
Holds CCNA or Network+ certification; network security experience is advantageous.
