About this Role

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to act as an offshore product owner, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive technical analysis, solution design, and delivery. This role focuses on influencing without formal authority, building trusted relationships, and enabling alignment across stakeholders to support complex integrations and business outcomes

What you’ll do

  • Drive technical analysis and solution design, particularly across integrations involving multiple tools and platforms 
  • Manage and coordinate parallel requests while ensuring alignment across dependencies and stakeholders 
  • Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, enabling clear communication in a cross-functional environment
  • Support decision-making and prioritisation based on interdependencies and overall business impact
  • Continuously build technical understanding and apply a structured, analytical approach to problem-solving

Who you are

  • Demonstrates strong technical understanding and can contribute to detailed solution discussions 
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement and communication within complex organisational environments
  • Shows ownership, initiative, and a proactive approach to delivery 
  • Able to learn quickly and adapt to evolving requirements and technologies
  • Familiar with cloud fundamentals, architecture concepts, and modern delivery practices including Agile or Kanban
  • Experience with CI/CD tools, GitHub Actions, Kubernetes, and infrastructure environments is advantageous
  • Background in troubleshooting, problem management, or technical project delivery is beneficial
  • German language proficiency and exposure to Atlassian environments are desirable
