Role Purpose:

Responsible for supporting Engineering, Operation, ND, planning in the management of the business LCM Governance and Reporting process in achieving the objectives of the portfolio LCM function. This will involve working closely with Vertical Engineering, Market, Operation, ND, Security spocs, managers and asset owners, head of Digital Network Engineering  and Design & Innovation manager to help to define, implement and continually improve LCM management, planning, delivery , rprocesses, standards , reporting and governance across the vertical & market EU domains.

Having the experience of governance and of implementing PMO/ DMO complex processes and or Participating in Delivery project Management role, along with superb communication and presentation skills to work various teams to develop and implement project governance structure that is the best fit for the business.  
 

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

•    Experience working as a DMO/PMO specialist, and or participating in projects and implementation of project and delivery management and D/PMO processes from the bottom up.
•    Coordinate and govern complex  processes involving different types of actors and processes impacting  the LifeCycle Management  ( Asset Inventory, Planning, Delivery Security, Reporting, Contract management, Risk Management. 
•    Executive reporting and presentations of the different phased of LCM projects/ interconnected programs
•    Experience financial and budget management, data analysis & reporting, a plus experience in system development & integrations
•    Manage and Maintain relationships with Digital partners/vendors/suppliers
•    Participating in govern multiple projects with conflicting priorities, tracking, reviewing and reporting changes.


 

Core competencies, knowledge and experience:

•    5+ years’ experience in project management/delivery in the telecommunication & network field.
•    Strong background in project and delivery management practices and activities.
•    Track record of successful delivery of telecom/network projects.
•    Proven international experience delivering projects across various countries using multicultural teams.
•    Strong presentation, organization and communication, facilitation skills, structured mindset and project solving attitude

Must have technical / professional qualifications:

•    Bachelor degree in business /electronic/telecommunications engineering.
•    Fluent in English C level
•    Strong Windows and Teams skills (Advanced Excel, Project, Power Point, Word, Teams). A Plus  PBI
•    Lean Six Sigma certificates is a plus
•    Prince 2, or PMI or ITIL or SAFe/Agile certificate 
•    A plus consulting background
