About this Role

 

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer Tehcnical Lead to lead and mentor a team of DevOps professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. This role focuses on driving innovation, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining platform stability through observability solutions and automation.

What you’ll do

  • Lead and mentor DevOps engineers, promoting continuous improvement and collaboration.
  • Maintain stability of observability platforms using Grafana, OpenTelemetry, and CloudWatch.
  • Create actionable dashboards and alerts to prevent failures.
  • Monitor system health and performance through robust logging and health checks.
  • Ensure smooth release management and operational excellence.
  • Administer and secure Linux-based systems, including patching and performance tuning.
  • Conduct incident response and root cause analysis for production issues, ensuring timely resolution.

Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in DevOps or related roles.
  • Strong experience in CI/CD processes and release management.
  • Hands-on expertise with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
  • Proficient in GitOps practices using ArgoCD.
  • Solid understanding of microservices architecture and service mesh concepts.
  • Skilled in scripting languages such as Python and Bash for automation.
  • Strong familiarity with AWS services and cloud architecture.
  • Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
