About this Role

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineer with strong Java expertise and modern front-end capabilities to design, build and deliver scalable enterprise applications. This role involves owning medium-to-large features end-to-end, contributing to system architecture, and supporting team excellence through code quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

What you’ll do

Own feature delivery end-to-end – lead technical design, development, and implementation of medium-to-large features, ensuring alignment with architecture and requirements.
Develop high-quality, scalable applications using Java, Spring Boot, ReactJS, Node.js, and related technologies within a microservices environment.
Review and improve code quality by conducting structured code reviews, ensuring adherence to standards, security practices, and clean architecture principles.
Troubleshoot and resolve defects reported by customers or testing teams, ensuring minimal disruption and continuous service improvement.
Implement testing practices including unit testing and supporting automation to ensure reliable and maintainable software.
Drive continuous improvement by creating reusable components, automation tools, and templates that enhance productivity and consistency.
Collaborate on system design and platform optimisation while considering infrastructure constraints, scalability, and performance.
Support team growth and capability building by contributing to hiring processes and sharing knowledge across the team.
Maintain clear technical documentation to support maintainability and knowledge transfer.

Who you are

4+ years of experience in full stack development.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in Java, Spring/Spring Boot, ReactJS, and NodeJS ecosystems.
Experience with microservices, APIs, and enterprise-grade system design.
Knowledge of AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD practices.
Familiarity with databases (Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB) and caching solutions such as Redis.
Understanding of security best practices and code quality tools (e.g., SonarQube).
Exposure to Clean Architecture or Domain-Driven Design approaches.Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, demonstrating accountability and adaptability.
