About this Role

We are seeking an experienced software developer with strong expertise in Java and Angular to support enterprise-scale solutions within a hybrid working model. This role contributes to ramp‑up initiatives and focuses on building secure, scalable microservices and modern front-end applications, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver reliable outcomes across complex environments.

What you’ll do

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java (8 or 17), Spring Boot, and Angular.
Build and evolve microservices architectures using proven design patterns.
Implement secure services using Spring Security and cloud‑ready components.
Collaborate across teams to deliver solutions that address complex, organisation‑wide challenges.
Containerise applications using Docker and support orchestration with Kubernetes.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and embrace DevOps practices to improve delivery quality and speed.
Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing to promote consistent engineering standards.

Who you are

An experienced software developer with strong hands-on experience in Java and Angular.
Proficient in Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Spring Security frameworks.
Confident working with microservices architecture and enterprise design patterns.
Experienced with containerisation and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Familiar with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps ways of working.
A collaborative individual with strong problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.
