About this Role
What you’ll do
- Perform fault troubleshooting, identification, and resolution for Vodafone Germany Enterprise Customers.
- Ensure incidents are resolved within agreed SLAs and KPIs.
- Collaborate with internal competence teams, carriers, and third parties to resolve tickets effectively.
- Work on a rotational shift basis, providing 24/7 support including weekends and public holidays.
Who you are
- 3–5 years of experience in troubleshooting and network operations within IP complex solutions.
- Basic IP and voice knowledge, with experience in routing, switching, and IP services (DNS, DHCP, etc.).
- Familiarity with Vodafone fixed, mobile, and convergence products and portfolio tools is desirable.
- Excellent customer orientation and strong communication skills.
- Fluent in German (written and spoken) – minimum C1 level.
- Strong analytical skills.
