About this Role
What you’ll do
- Manage and oversee Office IT infrastructure services, particularly Active Directory and Entra ID environments.
- Coordinate, assess, and implement change requests to ensure service stability and continuous improvement.
- Investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and provide long-term solutions.
- Act as a technical escalation point for service desks and specialist teams.
- Monitor service performance, availability, and quality against agreed standards.
- Contribute to project planning and execution, providing operational and technical assessments.
- Develop scripts and automation solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce manual work.
- Maintain and update technical documentation, operational guides, and user instructions.
- Support capacity planning and reporting to ensure future scalability.
- Drive Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) initiatives and support service review meetings.
Who you are
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience working with Entra ID, including SSO integrations, conditional access, MFA, and modern authentication protocols.
- Strong knowledge of Azure administration and Active Directory environments.
- Experience in Windows Server environments and system integration.
- Hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting and data reporting tools such as Power BI.
- Familiarity with user lifecycle management and provisioning processes.
- Understanding of ITIL practices and Agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a structured approach to troubleshooting.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to engage stakeholders.
- Ability to work in complex, high-availability environments with a focus on service quality.
