About this Role
We are seeking a strategic and visionary Big Data Product Owner to lead the development and delivery of data-driven products that support Vodafone’s network transformation. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to translate complex business goals into actionable product roadmaps. The individual will work closely with senior stakeholders across Europe, lead agile delivery squads, and ensure that product outputs deliver measurable value to the business.
What you will do
Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision and concept development.
Lead scrum teams, shaping product roadmaps and identifying growth opportunities.
Align product strategy with business needs through continuous engagement with internal and external contacts.
Maintain and prioritise product backlogs based on business value and return on investment using WSJF methodology.
Create compelling business cases to secure funding for quarterly SAFe product delivery.
Translate use cases and business requirements into clear deliverables for development teams and third-party partners.
Own the product lifecycle, including acceptance and release decisions.
Who you are
Skilled in stakeholder engagement and able to communicate complex ideas with clarity and impact.
Emotionally intelligent and adaptable across diverse stakeholder groups.
Strong business analysis capabilities with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
Knowledgeable in cloud and digital technologies, with a preference for build-over-buy strategies.
Experienced in financial modelling and business case development, including NPV, IRR, and ROI.
Familiar with Agile environments and tools such as JIRA and Azure DevOps.
Understanding of Fixed and Mobile network products and services.
Holds a relevant degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
