About this Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Owner to lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for new and existing initiatives. This role involves defining and executing product roadmaps, managing feature development, and ensuring continuous improvement. You will set success metrics, oversee KPIs, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions aligned with business objectives.
What you’ll do
- Contribute to product vision, strategy, and backlog prioritisation.
- Communicate roadmaps and business benefits to stakeholders and teams.
- Plan releases and manage dependencies for short- and long-term goals.
- Analyse feature impacts on strategy, operations, and business processes.
- Monitor objectives, KPIs/OKRs, and ensure progress toward targets.
- Perform quality checks on work delivered by junior product owners.
Who you are
- Proven experience as a Senior Product Owner with strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a holistic approach.
- Skilled in data interpretation for insight-driven decisions.
- Ability to onboard new workstreams and support digital transformation projects.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and software development practices.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent, with 6+ years of experience.
- Expertise in defining MVPs, running A/B tests, and making data-driven decisions.
